Since last Thursday, my home internet hasn’t been working. The internet box shows two Wifi signals, but I’m not getting any Internet. On my phone it says “Connected to device. Can’t provide internet.”
I called the helpline and they suggested reseting the device (inserting a toothpick into the reset button and holding it for 15 minutes). That didn’t fix the issue. They said they’d send an electrician on Friday, but I didn’t receive a confirmation call.
Has anyone else had this problem? How did you fix it?
