I am reaching out because I received an empty parcel today when I was supposed to receive my new phone.
It was a sign for delivery, and I did report that the parcel was empty once I realised to the same delivery agent that handed it to me. He confirmed he thought the parcel was very light, but it did not appear as opened. I only realised when I opened myself.
Once I opened the package I only found the invoice and a few other documents but not the phone. I hope you can help me with this issue.
This happened only about half an hour ago or so. I am not sure how to proceed here or whether I should report this with the police. I spoke with your customer service and asked me to send an email to
transportschaden@sunrise.net but I didn’t receive any message confirming they have received my email.
