No luck. Should I be logging out of my PC or rebooting the router or something? Or are you applying changes to my sunrise account in the background?

I just tried to download the NordVPN app again, but Sunrise are completely blocking their website (see screenshot). I’m not aware of any optional website protection that I requested when I setup the account, could it be turned off for my account? I can send my account detaily by private email if you need them.
