sceh On my latest bill, I have a cancellation of ‘note de credit raccordement cablé’ and a charge of 30 chf. I have no idea why and can’t get anyone to answer by phone from UPC. Any ideas? Thanks for any pointers
sceh Ooops - called and Sunrise answered immediately and were very helpful and nice and professional and told me it was an error for me and some other clients. I am VERY impressed with the phone response. Well done and thanks!!
