I have so far had a very unhappy experience with Sunrise .
They had no router boxes available so I was left without internet on sign up .
They stopped my mobile phone when roaming and then in Switzerland despite being on XL
They took weeks to get the TV working
The calls to call centres take hours at a time amd each time they open a ticket amd you go back to the start .
They offered to give discounts but then didn’t apply them and then opened a ticket each time I called
Now they said there is a new contract yet I did not agree to one this seems to have extra costs on it
I cannot face endless tickets from multiple call centres anymore I don’t have the time nor the patience .
How on earth can I get away from all this misery ?
is there a way to contact the, purely in writing where both sides have a copy .. they encourage use of chat or calls where there is no copy of what they agreed and when you go back to them they open a ticket?
anybody any ideas or views ?
