So, almost 7 weeks of our internet not working properly, I keep being told they’re sending a new cable and then it should be ok. We’ve been hearing that for weeks: Firstly, I do not believe we should have to pay a bill for the last 7 weeks and secondly, if the internet does not work within the next two days, we are cancelling our contact with immediate effect.
We work from home and have not been able to do so for seven weeks, we cannot watch TV in the evenings and we cannot even Skype with family. It’s enough now!
