For the last couple of months, I have regular hiccups in the connection. It seems that establishing new connections fails randomly, while once they are established, the performance is good. I managed to catch it with Wireshark - it seems that I get ICMP “Communication administratively filtered” from 192.0.0.1. It happens at random, in my case happened twice, and then the connection is established.
