Thank you for your message. Kindly ask you to excuse the delayed response. I passed on the failure message you received to the responsible team. In the meantime, have you also tried to access the admin section by entering the standard IP address? To do so, proceed as follows:
- Connect your PC/Notebook with the Horizon Box. Please make sure you use a cable to connect.
- Open your browser and enter the IP address 192.168.192.1.
- User and password is both admin
You should then access the admin section where you can amend the settings.
