I signed / confirmed an order for Fiber Internet on 18 of January ’23 in order to have sufficient time to replace my UPC cable internet connection. Contract and internet was supposed to be in place since 1st of February, today 6th of Feb still it isn’t working.
The 3 icons …, @ and wi-fi icon are visible, but the tool icon is blinking intermittently, is there anything I can troubleshoot by myself until a technician will come? I called today all the day, and further delays are foreseen, and I cannot afford as I am working from home.
