I have been trying, to no avail, to make a request for a move. The online service shows a “Problem encountered” and when trying to contact the customer service line by telephone I receive an automated response saying that due to technical problems the service line isn’t available. Sending e-mails has also shown no response.
Could you please help me? I have been trying to make the request for a week, and would like to do it soon as I would need the internet to be moved next week.
