I got a replacement Connect Box 1 on Friday since my old one was malfunctioning and ever since then I don’t seem to get a connection. The router is working fine and stuff (all lights are on and it’s not overheating), but when I connect with my devices it just says “No Internet Connection”. I called the customer service, but they couldn’t help me that much. I tried restarting it and even tried connecting my old one but it still didn’t work. Is there something I could do or is there something wrong on the Sunrise side? Or was there a problem with activation or something?
