Jimangi Hello. Thank you for replying, Daniele_Sunrise We spoke to support on Wednesday and they confirmed an order was still open. I received a text yesterday saying ‘Your devices are now installed’. Does this mean the order is now complete and IPv4 can be activated? Thank you again, Jim
