I have subscribed to Horizon Super Combi for the past 1 and half years and been occasionally experiencing internet connectivity issue. The disconnections have been happening randomly, sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the evening, and they usually continue for several hours or even a few days.
I have tried all possible procedures to fix this based on information in the FAQs including rebooting the Horizon terminal (https://support-en.upc-cablecom.ch/app/answers/detail/a_id/1178/kw/internet%20connection/related/1)..)
I have also sent emails to your customer service several times, asking them to share with me any concrete steps to solve this issue, but unfortunately, I have not yet received any response from them.
I would accordingly appreciate it if you could reply to this message as soon as possible. The specification of my Horizon terminal is as follows:
Subscription name: Internet 250
Speed: Down 250,000 Mbits/s, Up 15,000 Mbits/s
Bundle: Horizon Super Combi
