I have been issued my January Bill and the amounts charged are more than was confirmed in my order from Sunrise. I have been asked to upload the documents to my account as the contracts department has no record of the email that they sent to me or the document stored in “My Sunrise-documents”. I am struggling to find a way to upload these documents so that the contract dept can review and correct my bill, but do not find the functionality. Any advice here?
