I am receiving a bill from UPC to pay for a device (Router+TV Box) that were returned late.
They were returned late because UPC support forgot to inform us about having to return them, when we cancel the service due to leaving the country. Unfortunately we never received an email that would have resolved this immediately, but instead UPC kept sending notification letters by mail to our old address despite having informed them that were we were no longer living there.
This is now in the hands of your external service Intrum, who has no interest in resolving this but only in cashing in their commission.
I have been a happy customer with UPC since 2009 and forcing me to pay 170chf for returning the devices a bit late because of a mistake made by UPC, is just not right. Specially because the mistake is not even a big deal. All devices are already in your hands!
So I am requesting your help here to please give me a hand to sort out this bill before this goes unnecessarily far.
