I stopped receiving bills via email for my UPC subscription and of course I forgot paying them. In my account on upc.ch it is clearly selected that the method I receive bills is via email. Now I have to pay a reminder extra bill on top of the forgotten bills. Can someone help with this issue?

The reminder fees are justified and the dispatch via mail always takes place with a reminder. As soon as the outstanding amount is paid, you will receive the invoice again via e-mail.
As a gesture of goodwill, we have just credited the reminder fee of CHF 25 to your account.

I understand the logic behind the reminder and thanks for crediting them.
I am curious if I will continue receiving the bills via email (I have no correspondance since Nov 7th and therefore I missed the payments). I am not sure whether there is an issue with UPC emailing service.

chris11 Yes your account still has the setting to have the invoice delivered via email. The last invoice from January 2023 included all open charges. Your account currently has a balance of CHF -25.00. All this information is available in MyUPC.
