Hi all,
I’m setting up a second subnet on my home, for that, I’m connectiong an OpenWrt router in client mode via wifi to the UPC router. This setup works ok one way, from the subnet I’m able to access internet and see the machines on the UPC router network.
The problem I have is I’m not able to access the machines on the subnet from a machine connected to the UPC router. The reason for that is that I need to setup a static route on the TC7200 to redirect all requests to the subnet via the IP of the client router on the UPC router. It is a very basic feature for any router but I can’t find the option on the UPC router.
Other option is to enable WDS on the TC7200 and make a “transparent” connection between the TC7200 and my client router, I also can’t find this option. It’s strange because I thought TC7200 was Broadcom chipset.
Any tips on how to get this setup working? Thanks a lot!
