I want to switch my current subscription in to a prepaid one. My current sunrise subscription’s contract ended 3 month ago. For now I want to keep my number as a prepaid subscription.
I asked the stuff, they ask me to call the hotline to make the transfer. But the line is always busy. Also, never recieved that ‘Call back’.
I asked the live chat yesterday. They recommend to make the prepaid order and choose keep the number. The only thing they are not sure about is whether I need to change my sim card. Because currently I am not in Switzerland. I want to be know this operation needs to change the SIM card or not.
