I have a problem with one of the “Connect PODS” in my house - certainly in the last few days the internet in the bottom floor has been unusable - and I have a Connect POD installed down there which previously fixed this issue.
I go to your website, and the support page says “Download the UPC Connect App” from Google Play Store, but when I go on Google Play to the UPC Connect CH App, it says: “This item is not available in your country” !
(Note: if I download the Sunrise App, it won’t let me log in, but just points me to the UPC website - not the UPC app…)
So, my question is: how do I get access to the Connect PODs (to check them, reboot them, etc…) if I can’t download the UPC Connect App?
