Dear sir or madam,
In the new bill that I have recently received, UPC informs me that I am loosing my monthly discount of 30 CHF, the fee for subscription to the cable network TVT. There was no prior notice given. Moreover, in the contract and the order confirmation this discount was granted till the end of the contract.
My obligations to other companies have not been changed (the monthly amount I pay to TVT services for “raccordement multimédia abonnement” was and still is 27.76 CHF, I have not been informed otherwise), so I do not understand why UPC has changed the contract conditions, especially without any prior notice, and asking for a higher fee for the subscription to the cable network.
Could UPC please respect the terms of the contract and continue providing the 30 CHF discount, or otherwise adjust the subscription price and provide the confirmation from TVT that this amount will not appear on my future invoices from them.
