Hi, thank you for your reply. What I mean is:
According to my contract, my bill is 19 CHF per month because I get a discount of 30 CHF. However, in my recent invoice, the bill in January was 49 CHF instead of 19 CHF. The discount wasn’t applied to the bill in January.
