Thank you Daniele! But even if we took our numbers to some other provider, all our contracts with UPC were finished, we have waited until all contracts were done. I also send 4 signed contracts to UPC with demand to transfer 2 additional numbers when contracts are done, and so it was, one in November and second one in December.
I need to say, people working in UPC/Sunrise should pay attention to details to keep customers satisfied. I really hate to call Sunrise every month about some employee mistake.
