I ordered on the black Friday week a fiber connection for my home.
It was on November 16, and the line has been activated on December 10 or so.
I received an email that there were delays in the delivery of the boxes, and I should receive it between the 12th and the 17th of December. Still nothing.
What is the real delay to be expected?
In parallel I haven’t received any information to send back my former box and TV box (which don’t connect anymore).
