Hello, I just changed my previouz Sunrise contract with a new one starting on 1st of December (O089268503), after getting the right ADSL modem and Tv box only on 14th of December the Tv still does not work (account error CS1011) and everytime I call they tell me that there are issues with the type of Tv box I have, none can tell me when this will be solved, what I hear is only excuse and if I ask to talk with someone that can explain me what’s going on and when this can be solved the only thing I hear is that it is not possible and to be patient but 17 days is more than be patient. I want my Tv box working as it was till the 30th of November before the contrat changed.
