I moved in Dec to a new apartment where I will have Fiber Internet. I was told that there are delays to get Sunrise Internet Boxes, that I have to be patient and wait for 7-10d. Today I called again. I was told that I have to wait 10 more days (at least). Can someone explain what’s going on?
The 2 times I called, I used my cell phone (I’m with Swisscom) and the persons kept telling that they can make me a better offer than Swisscom. Can I please ask Sunrise, when people are calling because they don’t have internet for 2 weeks (and counting) not to try to sell their other products? you may want to train your staff in answering customers questions and solving their issues first!
I was also told that Sunrise will make a commercial offer but the person didn’t want to send that to me in writing. Can I trust him?
