I have a problem with UPC Horizon Super Trio (129 CHF/Mo charge) that is supposed to be the highest package.
I have upgraded to it (and received a new Horzion Box) a couple of months ago, but was never able to actually watch any HD channels (also not able to watch many other channels e.g. Animal Planet). Horizon Box complains to “Please contact us to subscribe to this channel”
It has been like that for months.
