We received a new modem which was not working, we had a visit from a technician who suggested that the modem is broken and we need a new one.
After consulting with Sunrise, they gave us two options: 1.delivery to home or 2. collection from a shop. And ofcourse as we wanted our internet connection back as soon as possible we chose the second option.
They told us this would take 1-2 working days. It has been 3 days and yet we did not receive our modem and we had no information about our order. Today after calling Sunrise to check the status of our order, they told us the modem will arrive to the shop on 21 December. more than ONE WEEK after we notified the problem.
Im just wondering what could be the reason for this SLOW delivery?
We are very disappointed with Sunrise customer service as every time we call they would give us one piece of information. Its a total disaster.
