I need to reopen this conversation for a resolution again because it seems that customer service standards in UPC-Sunrise cannot be expected to increase.
After the last conversations (early Jan-Feb 2023), it was expressly acknowledged from the Contracts side, that my billing was incorrect. I was refunded the excess values invoiced to me for the last 18 months (covering period until Dec 2022). At that time i was promised that the future billings would be CHF52-53. It is now May and the billings continue as before without revisions.
I called again and the same story is repeating again. I am being told again that the billing can be corrected from today but the invoicing from Jan cannot be corrected. The Contracts guy spoke for 30 mins, went to check records of last discussion 5 times and finally disconnected the call because i was asking for his manager’s details to escalate my issue!
Can i expect some resolution here?
