I’m moving house tomorrow in Basel and requested delivery of the Horizon Start Duo bundle on the 27th February.
I would like to speak to a customer support rep, as I have not received any additional information relating to the order. I don’t know what will arrive at the address, when will it arrive/ with or without a technician?, what instructions will be provided in the absence of installation service, billing details, and whether I have the option of activating my order at a later date. Perhaps in 2 weeks.
Some practical assistance would be gratefully appreciated. First time ordering cable through UPC in Basel.
