I have been a Sunrise customer since 10+ years, Mobile,
Internet always with ADSL, Internet no TV - speeds averaging 80-100mbps / 35 mbps uploads
With the Black Friday offer I opted for Sunrise Up Internet L (O090102555).
The Connect Box 3 was delivered promptly - however, I was unable to set up the Connect Box3 (the LED was always blinking RED) .
After numerous calls with support, no success I was about to give the box back…then I read a post in this community about the TV jack being sealed (plombé)
So, on checking downstairs in our appartment building T&T table - effectively the entry from the main line to my appartment was disconnected and had a metal ring element on the jack.
To enable me to setup the Sunrise Connect Box 3, and use the new subscription - could you guide me how to unseal reconnect this cable.
