Hi, I moved my mobile from UPC to sunrise.
Order confirmation says that total cost is 24,5 CHF monthly
My invoice is saying 34.5 CHF monthly
Where is the disconnect comming from and when is it going to be fixed?

The 10 CHF “Up Benefit” discount only applies, when you have an active Up Mobile and Up Internet. Since your Up Internet is not yet active, you didnt receive the discount on this months Invoice. It will be added automatically, as soon as the Up Internet is active.

Hi, I just got invoice for another month
Discount not included. Both Up Mobile and UP internet are active now.
I have to pay 34.5 CHF for mobile instead of offered 24.5 CHF as per order confirmation.
240CHF difference during 2 years contract

Unfortunately, we are still in the progress of installing the promotion. We’ll make sure to let you know, once its installed and we will install an adjustment for the time, in which the promotion wasn’t active.
Woj We were able to activate the Up Benefit Discount and its set to start on this - or next - months invoice. We have also installed an adjustment of 40 CHF on your next invoice as compensation for the last months.
