I have subscribed to a UPC internet 250 service which I access through an Ubee modem which was “provided” by UPC. Since last week the internet have not been working properly. Apart from the speed, which is clearly lower than usual, this weekend the internet kept disconnecting every 10 minutes and the modem would take quite a while to restablish the internet connection, which would work for another 10 minutes (at a fairly low speed) before cutting down again. I am attaching the picture of what happens with the modem after the internet cuts off.
Yesterday I sent a message to the customer support and no reply have been received yet.
I have to say that I am very disappointed and I am looking forward for the solution as well as more information on your reimbursement policy for when the internet stops working for more than 24h without explanation and no technical support.
