Hello! So I’m finding myself in a bit of a weird situation. Long story short is that I made my Sunrise subscription in September of this year with a 24 months contract because I just got accepted at a university in Geneva but I had no swiss address so they made my subscription with my french address which was on the border with Switzerland. But things went downhill from there and I was obligated to leave back to my home country. The problem is that I now can’t cancel my subscription because I never had a swiss address and can not prove that I had left the country. And the other problem is that I can not call customer service because there will be fees which I can not afford.
Has anyone else been in this situation or could tell me what I could do to prove that I had in fact left Switzerland and do not need this subscription?
