My UPC connection has been failing for several months. Every time i report an issue, the support team makes changes that do not help to resolve the issue. Also, the technician came to the location without doing anything and stated that the problem had been resolved.
The internet has been working since yesterday, and I called the support team this morning, and they said the technician would come back and UPC will refund and compensate me for this.
I need to escalate this complaint, and I need immediate action as well as compensation for my concern.
