We switched to Sunrise 3 days ago it took 2 days for you guys to switch us to IPv4 so that the internet finally worked.
Now today I come home from work and it turns out that the internet is down again at the modem. I try to call any support lines and all of them say that i am calling outside of the working hours. Even the number on your home page under technical support that I dialled, that is supposed to be availabel until 22pm. Is this a joke?
How do I reach technical support, so I don’t sit again for 3 days without internet?
