Hi there, i used the home scan function in the connect app in order to improve my wifi settings at home. The scan indicated that the wifi is good even when I’m loosing connection while scanning, Hence, I cant order the pods for free to improve it. any suggestions. Thanks, Marc

Morpheus We have just ordered a Connect Pod for you, which will be delivered in a few days. Please install the pod and get back to us. Until then, we recommend that you move your Amazon tablet closer to the modem, as this device has insufficient WIFI coverage.

@Daniele_Sunrise, its me again with another question. I hope you can direct me to the right department or even assist yourself. I need to get informations about the content of my contract with Sunrise/Upc since beginning in 2016. I need to know if i paid for the Kabelanschluss or not. In myUPC bills are only visible for the last 12month. Whom can i contact? Thanks, Marc
