I’ve been in touch with their service, they may be in November, I can not remember, anyway my problem is that I have several Internet interruptions (ethernet network, wifi and phone are affected), at some multiple on the same day time, I usually work at home or in remote and to solve this problem, I have to reset my router, the connection comes back, I can assume that the problem is in the router, I have asked to change the router, but you know, it never happened!Thanks.
