Bundles contract?

I’m currently subscribed to Home Trio Basic, but found that I’ve never watched the TV nor used the landline, so I’m thinking to move to a pure internet subscription.

I went my My UPC and tried to change my subscription there, but it seems I can only change my subscription to other bundle, not the pure internet option. I wonder what should I do in this situation?

Besides, if I can only switch to other bundle plan, then if after a few months I found that it’s not for me, can I go back to Home Trio Basic without violating any contract terms? From the contract I only saw there’s 12 month restriction, but it looks like it’s for people moving out of upc cablecom, but that’s not my intention. I’ll still stay in UPC but just want to change subscription.

It is indeed true that in MyUPC you may change only between bundles as a bundle customer. If you want to cancel one or more services included in your bundle, the fastest and easiest way would be to call our adminstration team on phone no. 0800 989 989. The colleagues will then right away cancel the services you don’t need and turn-on the desired Internet services. Alternatively, I can pass on your request (need details of wanted Internet offering) to the team to change your subscritpion accordingly. This will take a bit longer, though. According to your file you signed up for the current bundle in March 2015. Basically, the minimum contract period of twelve months applies for all of your products from the start of your bundle. The notice period is two months to the end of the month.
