Would be really convenient if you value our time and just provide a reply-to email when you send email with a wrong request to return equipment (from no-reply email), and imposing deadline for that. I’ve returned that equipment almost 1 year ago!! And I’ve received 2 emails in the last month.
Would be better yet not having to receive these emails if your system could work properly.
Now have to keep looking how to contact and waste more time.
