Dear support team

Since i switched to a gigabox, there werr many interuptions. Box was changed twice (tech guy came in and did it, also did measurements for signal power and all ok). In another community question i had at the time, one of your colleagues said that the antena is not well postioned in my house and switched to a different frequency. Now its 2.4ghz i think. How can i stop these interuptions?

WhyUPCDoesntWork Your intel computer is too far away from the modem and only connected to the Internet via WIFI at 39mbit. Please connect your computer via LAN cable and test it with the cable.

I agree with this, but there is another laptop next to the wifi modem that disconnects multiple times per day. Also the tv disconnects sometimes…

By disconnects i mean that the gigabox starts flashing/blinking white slowly and nothing happens.

Will try with a cable. Good idea
