Short Black Outs while watching TV

We have recently switched to Sunrise TV. We are experiencing that periodically light and sound disappears for a few seconds and then returns all by it self.

Any ideas what can cause this and how to address it

Can you please tell us how exactly your TV box is connected? Is there anything connected in between? Are you using a soundbar? Is Dolby Digital enabled or disabled in the sound settings of your TV box?

Thanks for responding to my question.

The TV box is connected directly from charger, which is placed in an extension cord, and then with a HDMI cable to the TV. I assume this means it is connected via WiFi?

Dolby sound is enabled, but there is no mention of Dolby Digital

Is the HDMI cable still ok and do you have another one at hand to test it?

Sorry for not responding before now, have been travelling and hoping! Unfortunately, the problem continues. Have tried to change the HDMI Cable, but makes no difference.

It is very annoying and happens several times during an evening watching television.
