1GB subscription but speen less than 200 MB

I was an UPC customer and since October i migrated to Sunrise, since then (more or less) i noticed that my internet speed degraded from 800/900 MB to max 200 MB.
No changes on my side, also restarted the modem a couple of times and my PC is connected through wire (so no Wi-Fi involved)

So, why my connection became so slow? (even in the middle of night I don’t go over 300 MB)

Thanks. Based on the results, this is the limiting factor: SndLimTimeCwnd: 15 ms (Congestion Limited: 91 %)
Thi means that some software/hardware between the connect box and the PC is usually the problem. It might be an Antivirus or VPN software on your computer, if you have any of those running?
No Powerline devices or similar in between, right?

No VPN and not antivirus, connection is straight do the Connect box via cable, tried using Wi-Fi and is a litte bit better but far from the usual 8/900 i got in the past.
Something in the connect box maybe?

corcav You could try to reset it or use another cable on the PC. How does it look via wireless and the mobile phone?

a bit better, close to the connect box i can reach 500 MB, but far from the previous values…

Ok, so that means it’s probably the end device(s). 500 Mbit/s is quite good via Wi-Fi and a mobile device, much more isn’t possible anyway.
The question now, why is it slow with your computer through wired.
