I have the same problem. Noticing speed getting slower and slower since a few months, and for the past 2-3 weeks it went below 10MB/s and since about 2 weeks its below 1MB/s on average.
When i first contacted support, they made me go throw all the shenanigans like disconnecting resetting etc. Then they sent a new box. Still the same problem. Contacted support today again and it was laughable.
Me: The speed on average is about 240kb/s
Support: You know what your problem is?
Me: No….?
Support: You should switch to Sunrise now that will give you proceeds to rant some prices
Me: I’ve already switched and am waiting for it to be activated
Support: Oh good you did well. That is all that is needed.
Me: But that does not help me NOW. I want the Internet i pay for NOW.
Support: Ok, I will change 2 connections one moment…. test again:
Me: The average is 888kb/s
Support: Oh that is perfect!
Me: How is it perfect? It is 888 kbit/s!!
Support: yea yea, you have a Giga, so 888 is about what it will give
Me: *repeats and explains that “it’s not even 1 MB/s and 1Gbit has a little over 1mio kbit” multiple times.
Support: Well that is about all I can do. I urge you to just bite through and wait until the migration date (2 weeks later) to Sunrise.

I srsly believe this is on purpose so ppl finally switch to Sunrise or so D:
