Oh man, I just face the same situation. The Internet connectivity with Connect Box 2 has been the 3rd day now having problem. I should have kept using my ADSL modem and refused to use the Cable connection.
Beware!!! by ordering the ADSL modem (via 0800 707 707) will de-register the existing Connect Box (cable-modem). Due to this, there is no Internet for me at home for several days until the new ADSL model arrives at home.
Hi Sunrise. You should have realized/learnt that lot of customers were coming from UPC to Sunrise because of the unreliable Internet service from UPC. The connectivity with ADSL is lot more stable and higher availability time.
Such a situation made me think to switch Internet connectivity provider.
