I called support and they sent today someone over to check my problem. Kudos, only 24 hrs between my call and the team entering my place! 2 different technical problems were in fact found in our building.
For the records: when the light ring is flickering RED it means no signal is reaching the modem = if no technical disturbances are reported in the area, something must be off with the line in your building.
