Hello Can anyone help me get my remote control coupled with my tv box?

It coupled with the TV but has totally failed to couple with the Tv Box

If that doesn’t work, you might need to factory reset the tv box.

Thanks for your response. I have followed all the recommendations in the set up manual {hold return to live TV and 0 button at the same time for 10 seconds) multiple times and its just not responding

However the TV seems to have connected because the volume and power on buttons of the remote function with the TV !

How does one do a hard reset?

Otherwise, if you already replaced the batteries once, it might be partly broken and needs to be replaced.

Thank you… talked to someone in customer care and they said it was something wrong with the TV box itself and they would sand me a new one
