Hello, I am a recent Sunrise customer with the fiber optic option. As I didn’t have the corresponding socket available, I got sent the normal Connect Box 2. I consulted with administration about the possibility of installing the upgraded fiber optic socket, and they asked me which would be the costs of the installation.

Does anyone know? Thanks for your time.

matiaslaporte You would have to find out who exactly builds the fiber at your place and then initiate a request there whether the fiber is also pulled up to the apartment.
