My 4-year-old Sunrise Internet box is failing, disconnecting regularly, and I need a replacement. I spent an hour on the phone with Sunrise – very nice man, tried to help – unfortunately he decided I could not simply get a replacement, but have to have an electrician from Cablex come and check everything first.
The Sunrise rep was to arrange with Cablex to come to check everything during the time I gave him. Apparently that time didn’t work for Cablex.
Cablex called later and left a message for me to call them.
I called and called, and was tossed back and forth between music and endless ringing multiple times on each call.
Nobody ever picked up the Cablex phone at 10:30 in the morning. I sent them a message to call me – no call.
Very unfortunate that they cannot handle the volume of work and do not make a professional effort to ensure each assignment is completed.
This brings Sunrise’s service down very much. I do not have more hours to spend trying to get a replacement for a failing box and hunting down an electrician.
Please just send a new internet box. Thank you.
