Hi,

I recently switched to Sunrise I have had problems connecting to the router with constant disconnections. Today, the internet simply totally stopped working and the led of the router started to blink with a green color.

Restarting or reconnecting the cables does not solve the problem.

In case that it is relevant, I asked to be switched to IPv4 from the very beginning.

Hi, here are the screenshots of what I see.

However, sometimes the internet connection stops working for half minute or so and in that case I can’t see anything on the router.

Overall this is extremely disruptive and surprising since with UPC I never had this problem and the speed and conection type and router type is the same.

user1267 We are seeing the “No RF Signal not detected” error. I assume that there is something wrong with your line or modem. Please contact support 0800 707 707 for a line check.
