Hi,
we are currently over the past weeks having issues with complete internet drops. We (UPC helpdesk and me) thought it was the router, so we received a new Giga Connect Box. Unfortunately this did not resolve the problem.
I cannot do a one hour Zoom call without having at least 6 complete drops. Providing online training has become a nightmare, but is my job. I need this to be fixed. I changed nothing in my internal IT configuration over the past months.
I have pingplotter and am monitoring the connection, package loss happens each time at 100%.
See attached image for an example. It is a LAN connection.
Any ideas?
